If your followers open your direct message on the Instagram desktop browser, they will see a "Get updates" button instead of the default button text you set in GrocersList such as "Tap for link!".

This is because Instagram doesn't allow third-party providers, including GrocersList or ManyChat, to control the desktop experience.

In such scenarios, when your followers click the "Get updates" button on the Instagram desktop browser, they will receive an automated message encouraging them to open the conversation in the Instagram mobile app to access the link.
