If you hit an error message trying to connect your Instagram account steps to Grocers List, we recommend the following steps:
If you go to https://business.facebook.com/ do you see BOTH a Facebook page AND an Instagram page? Like in this screenshot:
Next, go to business.facebook.com/latest/settings/business_users. Do you see yourself with "full control" of "everything"?
Lastly, if you click into the Instagram tab and click the Instagram account, do you see yourself listed with "full control"?
Once you've completed the troubleshooting steps above, login to Grocers List. Click the Connect to Instagram and Connect to Facebook buttons again. Reach out to [email protected] if you get stuck!
