DM replies not sending? If you're migrating from another provider like ManyChat, you need to ensure your other DM automations are turned off. Otherwise, GrocersList won't be able to send DMs to your followers.
How to turn off automations in ManyChat:
Navigate to the Automation tab on the left-hand navigation menu.
Click any automations that are set to Live.
Select the menu with the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner. Click the Revert to Published option under Delete.
Once you've unpublished all of your automations in ManyChat, your DMs will be able to send via GrocersList.
