DMs appear to send from Grocer's List but don't reach recipients
How to Fix It
Step 1: Access Advanced Messaging Settings
Log into your business Facebook page
Click Advanced Messaging
Step 2: Configure Instagram Settings
Next to Instagram receiver, click Configure
Set the receiver to Grocer's List
Step 3: Configure Facebook Settings
Repeat the same process for Facebook Messenger
Step 4: Test Your Setup
