If your Grocer's List DMs aren't sending on Instagram, it may be because you haven't turned on messaging for your Instagram page. To ensure messaging is turned on, follow the steps below:
Open your Instagram app, tap on Settings, and then choose the Messages and story replies option.
Next, tap on Message controls.
Scroll down a bit and you'll see the Allow access to messages switch under Connected tools. Confirm the toggle is enabled.
Note: You'll need to have full access to your Instagram business account to turn messaging on or off.
